Services and consultations do not constitute medical examination, psychiatric diagnosis, therapy, or legal/financial advice, and are never a substitute for professional medical care. 2. Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility

You agree not to record, redistribute, publish, or broadcast any session content or proprietary materials without prior written authorization from Grace Ventures and Investments, Inc.
5. Release of Liability & Covenant Not to Sue
In consideration of receiving services, you, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, and assigns, forever release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Grace Ventures and Investments, Inc., Sensei Joseph S. Gracia, Ph.D., Grandmaster Valdrsigr, and their officers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Clients agree to these terms electronically prior to purchasing and scheduling any In-Person or Live Video consultation session or Distant Attunement transmission on Senseijoe.com.
