Disclosure, Consent, and Liability Waiver

Please Read Carefully Before Booking or Participating in Any Session: By booking, scheduling, or participating in any consultation, coaching session, energy alignment, workshop, or instruction provided through Senseijoe.com by Grace Ventures and Investments, Inc., Grandmaster Valdrsigr, and/or Sensei Joseph S. Gracia, Ph.D. (collectively referred to as the "Practitioner/Company"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Practice & Non-Medical Disclaimer

All sessions, energy balancing, mindset instruction, breathwork, and martial philosophy provided through Senseijoe.com are designed strictly for educational, personal growth, and motivational purposes. The Practitioner is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed healthcare provider. Services and consultations do not constitute medical examination, psychiatric diagnosis, therapy, or legal/financial advice, and are never a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for any physical or mental health conditions.

2. Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility

Participation in all consultations, techniques, and exercises is entirely voluntary. You retain 100% personal responsibility for your own physical health, emotional well-being, decisions, and actions before, during, and after any session.

3. Assumption of Risk

You understand that sessions may involve meditative techniques, focused breathwork, energetic alignment, or movement concepts. You knowingly and freely assume all risks—known and unknown—associated with your participation.

4. Confidentiality & Proprietary Content

Communications and personal session details remain confidential, subject to standard legal safety reporting requirements. You agree not to record, redistribute, publish, or broadcast any session content or proprietary materials without prior written authorization from Grace Ventures and Investments, Inc.

5. Release of Liability & Covenant Not to Sue

In consideration of receiving services, you, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, and assigns, forever release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Grace Ventures and Investments, Inc., Sensei Joseph S. Gracia, Ph.D., Grandmaster Valdrsigr, and their officers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Client Acknowledgment & Consent

Clients agree to these terms electronically prior to purchasing and scheduling any In-Person or Live Video consultation session on Senseijoe.com.
