I understand that these services and all else that pertain are for the purpose of reducing stress, education, and improving wellbeing. I understand that These Services are NOT intended as diagnosis, prescription, or treatment for any disease, physical or mental. These services are also NOT intended as a substitute for medical care. I understand that with personal training there is a risk of injury. I understand that these Services may require touch and hereby authorize Sensei Joseph S. Gracia, Ph.D. to touch my Spiritual, Mental, and Physical Body where appropriate. I understand that Spiritual Services are of GOD and GOD has the final say of their results. I understand that by ordering Spiritual Services Joseph S. Gracia is protected by The 1st Amendment of The United States Constitution which clearly states, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." I understand that training requires discipline and results depend on my actions inside and outside of the dojo. By requesting, following, doing, accepting or ordering these services, I agree to these statements above and below and further acknowledge that I being the recipient of these services, I accept full 100% responsibility for their use and waiver all liabilities from Joseph S. Gracia, Right Hand Path Reiki and Grace Ventures and Investments, Inc., and waiver my right to sue.
