Growing up in his Father's Construction Business, SENSEI JOE learned hands-on his foundational carpentry skills spending his summers and school year afternoons in high school as a Roofer's & Carpenter's Apprentice back in 1991 at the early age of 15 on to building and selling his 1st home at only 20 years old. He later furthered his construction skills studying Building Construction Technology at TSTC in Harlingen, TX which landed him a Superintendent Position with a National Homebuilder where he developed his famous Multiple Mass Home Construction Method as he describes in detail in his published Self Improvement Book, "Awaken The Dragon Within." The Method enabled SENSEI JOE to manage the construction of 50 homes simultaneously at all different stages of construction with a start to completion time frame of only 48 days. After leaving the company when it closed during the Recession, he embarked on a life changing journey earning his doctorate degree and serving worldwide as an Executive Holistic Life Coach in the Self Improvement Industry helping improve the lives of thousands in over 99 countries. His journey marched on to graduating with Honors in Construction Management which landed him a Corporate Project Management Role with the World's 3rd largest Home Improvement Chain in his home state of Wisconsin before returning to Texas. During the 2020 pandemic he became a Licensed Professional Inspector sharpening his skills even more and also became a Certified Garage Door Technician.
